PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

FINANCE MANAGEMENT

As a long-established multi-site practice Mead Medical understands the importance of keeping your own practice identity, culture and independence to provide a unique an individual family orientated service to your own community.

We also clearly understand the complexities and challenges that come with trying to manage this in a smaller practice environment.

Such as but not limited to:

  • GP recruitment – reduction of DPA areas making it impossible to get additional GPs
  • Peer support and collegiality
  • MBS restraints and ongoing tightening of access
  • Changing environmental impacts such as Pandemics
  • Staff management and the associated HR minefield
  • Changing and increasing Accreditation standards compliance and requirements
  • Work life balance – who is going to look after your patients when you are sick or on want a break!
  • Risk Management in an ever-increasing litigious world
  • Increasing unrealistic expectations of the community – your patients
  • Keeping on top of industry and technology changes

How will you make this all work and continue to be able to concentrate on what you do best as a GP or clinician and provide your patients with a comprehensive quality health care service?

Mead Medical propose to assist you with the day to day management of running a general practice and free you up to do what it is you love and are trained to do and that is treat patients

We will ensure that you:

  • Maintain your identity, Independence and full control of your practice
  • Maintain your patients & GPs
  • Maintain your individual practice values, vision and mission
  • Have the benefit of our economies of scale with contracts, staff, resources and expertise

You are able to select from our extensive list of services and or expertise we can provide as a one off or ongoing basis.
