A very busy centre with a sister Practice at the base of the Hills, this role doesn’t come around very often as once your embedded in to our Mead Medical family you won’t want to leave.
The Opportunity
This role will give you the chance to truly contribute to the ongoing success of the Practice, your responsibilities will incorporate:
- Being the face of our organisation, working with our team to effectively manage all aspects of reception including; welcoming patients,
- Working within our call centre answering phone, booking appointments and managing emails plus any other administrative tasks required
- Professional and responsive customer service delivery, including liaison with patients, specialists and all other stakeholders
About You!
You are extremely capable, thoroughly enjoy being busy and have the ability to be one-step ahead of the game at all times. You will also be able to demonstrate;
- Demonstrated Experience as a General Practice medical receptionist
- Best Practice software experience – this is essential
- Strong computer literacy required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with hours required – a true casual role
- The ability to be a quick thinker and be friendly with a positive can-do attitude
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of workplace culture
