Mead Medical is a mixed billing GP clinic in Perth Hills that has been trading since 1956.
Offering appointments 7 days a week over 363 days of the year, we’re proud to be part of the Kalamunda and Maida Vale communities. 
Please note that our Maida Vale clinic is open 6 days a week, with reduced trading hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday.
The Kalamunda clinic is open 7 days a week with reduced hours (8.30-3) on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
The Kalamunda clinic is closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

FEES

Mead Medical is a mixed billing practice.
Whilst there are fees for appointments, Medicare rebates can be processed on the day to a physical debit card or the request can be sent to Medicare to rebate directly to your nominated bank account. We do also have bulk billing options available for some patients who are already registered at the clinic.

Alternatively you can call our friendly reception team on 9293 4455.

We have a duty of care to our staff, doctors and everyone in the clinic.
For that reason, if you have cold/flu/COVID symptoms, you will be asked to wear a mask and produce a negative RAT test at your appointment.
RAT tests are available from the reception desk at both clinics.

APPOINTMENTS ON SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Whilst we are happy to provide appointments over 363 days a year, appointments on Sundays and Public Holidays are limited.
We respectfully request that routine appointments are booked between Monday and Saturday with your regular GP.
Appointments on Sundays and Public Holidays are reserved for Urgent Care.
