Dr Emmon Mubbashir

Dr Emmon Mubbashir is an accomplished and widely respected General Practitioner with a strong commitment to comprehensive, compassionate and community-focused care. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Aga Khan University in Pakistan in 2012 before relocating to Australia, where she has worked across both metropolitan and regional areas of New South Wales and Western Australia since 2016. She later achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds the Sydney Child Health Certification.

Dr Mubbashir is extensively involved in medical education, reflecting her passion for strengthening the future of Australian general practice. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Discipline of Rural General Practice at the University of Western Australia, teaching medical students and supporting prevocational doctors. She also supervises GP trainees through the Remote Vocational Training Scheme (RVTS), guiding clinicians working in rural and remote communities.

Clinically, Dr Mubbashir is trained in all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in:
