Mead Medical offers travel medicine services to help patients prepare for safe and healthy travel, whether for work, holidays, or long-term stays overseas.

Our General Practitioners provide personalised travel health advice based on your destination, length of travel, activities, and medical history. Services may include travel risk assessments, vaccination advice and administration, malaria prevention, and guidance on managing existing medical conditions while travelling.

We also offer advice on traveller’s diarrhoea, insect-borne illnesses, altitude sickness, and general health precautions to help minimise health risks while abroad. Where required, documentation and prescriptions can be provided to support international travel.

Appointments are best booked well in advance of travel to allow time for recommended vaccinations and follow-up. Our reception team is happy to assist with bookings and any questions regarding travel medicine services.
