Jess Farrugia – Pharmacist

As a dedicated Non Dispensing Pharmacist, Jessica brings a passion for improving patient health through safe, effective, and personalised approach to medication in older adults to help meet their health goals. With expertise in community home medication reviews, chronic disease support, and collaborative care, she works closely with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure every patient receives the best possible treatment outcomes.

Known for her approachable manner, attention to detail and clear communication, Jessica strives to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health. Jessica graduated from Master of Pharmacy at Sydney University in 2007 and has had diverse roles in hospital, community and general practice pharmacy.

Outside of work Jessica is busy raising three children and likes to be kept active at the beach, swimming and going to the gym
