Dr Dulanthie Seneviratne

Dr Dulanthie Seneviratne is an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner who joined Mead Medical in December 2024. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at KMC Manipal, India, in 2006 and subsequently gained broad clinical experience working overseas before migrating to Australia in 2016.

Since arriving in Australia, Dr Seneviratne has worked across multiple public hospitals and later as a rural GP interstate, giving her a rich understanding of diverse patient needs and health system contexts. Her varied experience has shaped her practice into one that is adaptable, holistic, and deeply patient-centred.

Dr Seneviratne enjoys all aspects of general practice and is committed to providing comprehensive care for individuals and families across all stages of life. She has particular interest in:

• Women’s health
• Immigrant and multicultural health

Her warm, thoughtful approach allows her to build strong connections with patients from all backgrounds, especially those navigating new health systems or facing complex medical and social challenges. She values clear communication, continuity of care, and collaborative decision-making.
