Dr Celia Worth

Dr Celia Worth is a highly skilled and compassionate doctor who is a dual qualificatied GP Obstetrician. She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland. Her diverse academic background reflects her curiosity, adaptability, and strong foundation in both science and healthcare.

After graduating from medical school in 2008, Dr Worth discovered a deep passion for women’s health, leading her to undertake five years of specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her training equipped her with extensive experience in antenatal and postnatal care, women’s reproductive health, labour management, and gynaecological assessments.

In 2017, Dr Worth moved to Perth—her husband’s hometown—where she embraced a new chapter focused on work–life balance and motherhood. As a mother of three young children, she brings genuine empathy and lived experience to her clinical practice.

Since moving to Western Australia, Dr Worth has built a rich and varied career in women’s health, including roles as:

• Career Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Joondalup Hospital
• GP Obstetrician at Bentley Hospital
• Founding GP Obstetrician at One for Women, Midland
• GP Obstetrician at Western Obstetrics (Midland/Osborne Park)

She is now completing the final stages of her General Practice fellowship across two Mead Medical sites while continuing her dedicated obstetric practice.

Dr Worth is passionate about all aspects of women’s health, with a deep belief in equitable access to evidence-based care, choice, and supportive services. She is committed to providing women with holistic, compassionate care at every stage of life—from adolescence and reproductive planning through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
